1. What this is

Tarneeb is an online card game. These terms cover your use of it. By creating an account or playing as a guest, you agree to them.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself.
• One person, one account. Don't share it or sell it.
• Pick a display name that isn't offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone else. We may change or remove names that are.
• You can play as a guest. Guest progress is held for 30 days and carries over if you register with the same session.

3. Fair play

Don't cheat. That includes automating play, exploiting bugs instead of reporting them, colluding to manipulate rankings, and interfering with other players' games. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

4. Points and purchases

• Points are a virtual in-game balance. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Points and items are licensed to you for use in the game, not owned by you.
• Purchases are final once fulfilled, except where the law gives you a refund right.
• If we close the game, we'll give reasonable notice and stop selling points before we do.

5. Conduct

Chat, quick-chat and reactions exist to enjoy the game. Harassment, hate speech, and abuse are not allowed and can end your account.

6. Availability

We try to keep the game running but can't promise it will always be available or bug-free. Matches can be interrupted by problems on either end. Where a match is disrupted by a fault on our side, we'll do what we reasonably can to put it right.

7. Ending your account

You can stop using the game at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
